During the National Day holiday, all staff of Zhongtan New Materials stuck to their posts to celebrate the motherland, dedicating their hard work to the nation. Led by Board Chairman Han Jianhua and Party Secretary & General Manager Feng Jun, the team conducted comprehensive inspections covering pre-holiday safety, holiday safety management, lean operation and civilized production, guaranteeing stable daily operation throughout the festival.
Solidify Safety Defense with Pre-holiday Safety Checks
To secure production safety during the holiday, Chairman Han Jianhua led a thorough safety inspection across all workshops on September 28. He stressed that all departments must fully fulfill primary and supervisory safety responsibilities, stay alert to risks and implement safety regulations consistently. Hidden dangers shall be eliminated promptly with non-stop inspections and rigorous supervision during the holiday.
Specific requirements were put forward: maintain equipment in sound operating condition; strictly enforce safety rules and raise staff safety awareness; optimize emergency plans and boost emergency response capability. These measures firmly underpinned safe holiday production.
Safeguard Production Order via Round-the-clock Inspections
During the holiday, General Manager Feng Jun and on-duty personnel carried out uninterrupted inspections on production and civilized operation, and coordinated on-site production issues. He emphasized balancing production efficiency and standardized operation, strengthening on-duty management and emergency handling to prevent risks and accidents.
All departments were required to enhance communication and conduct on-site coordination to guarantee smooth production flow, and keep work areas neat and orderly. He also reminded employees and their families to pay attention to personal health and safety for a pleasant holiday.
Frontline Staff Uphold Production Stability
The calcination workshop tightened on-site management, rectified leakage and irregular operational problems in line with standardized requirements. The pressing workshop implemented self-inspection by workers and mutual inspection by managers, ensuring sufficient supply of production materials. The roasting workshop followed production schedules strictly, assigned personal responsibilities to ensure steady work progress. The graphitization workshop strengthened safety control over special operations, standardized work approval, increased patrol and night shift checks to maintain labor discipline. The machining workshop arranged production schedules reasonably to deliver customer orders on time with guaranteed quantity and quality. The electromechanical workshop conducted full checks on key instruments and pipelines adapting to large temperature differences in autumn.
Whether working diligently on production sites or concentrating on office affairs, all employees live up to their duties. They cherish their families and hold deep devotion to the country, celebrating the grand National Day together.
