Busy on Duty Amid the Dragon Boat Festival
As the Dragon Boat Festival draws near, company leaders attached great importance to staff holiday care and work safety. Led by Board Chairman Han Jianhua and Party Secretary & General Manager Feng Jun, senior management visited frontline employees with sincere greetings and conducted comprehensive holiday safety inspections.
During the pipeline connection work at the crushing and screening building of the Lufeng Project in Yunnan, Chairman Han stressed that with the festival and ensuing high temperatures, staff must take proper heatstroke prevention measures to safeguard occupational health. Standard operating procedures shall be strictly followed. Safety training needs to be intensified to improve employees' safety awareness and skills. Safety awareness shall be embedded in every work procedure to guarantee personal and production safety, and ensure all tasks are finished on schedule with guaranteed quality.
General Manager Feng led thorough inspections on equipment, production techniques and safety facilities at Zhongzhou and Zhongtan factories to secure holiday production safety. He urged all staff to stay alert, stating that work safety underpins corporate development and can never be taken lightly. He expressed gratitude to frontline employees who devoted themselves to duties instead of reuniting with families, and encouraged them to stay motivated and contribute to corporate growth.
"On-duty during festivals, safety maintained as usual" is more than a commitment, but a solid mission. As Party members, employees are ready to take the lead in tough tasks. Hu Yongtao, full-time monitor of the pressing workshop, said he would keep safety firmly in mind, adhere strictly to team regulations, control operational quality, and work alongside colleagues to sustain stable production.
