To deepen staff understanding of corporate values, build consensus against low efficiency and raise awareness of intellectual property protection, the company held a special training session titled Interpretation of Fighting Low Efficiency and Intellectual Property Protection Based on Corporate Values and Codes on the morning of November 22.
Feng Jun, Party Secretary and General Manager, together with over 70 department and workshop principals and management personnel attended the on-site training. Staff from Zhongzhou Lufeng joined via video conference. Liu Xipeng, Deputy Minister of the General Affairs Department, served as the trainer.
Review Group History and Revisit Core Values
The training commenced with a review of Longbai Group’s remarkable development journey. Evolving from a small sulfur kiln at the foot of the Taihang Mountains to a globally influential enterprise dominating the titanium industry, all achievements stem from the joint dedication of all employees. Participants revisited the group’s core values and codes, which serve as the spiritual pillar and behavioral guideline for corporate growth. Liu stressed that continuous learning helps internalize these concepts and translate them into practical actions.
Interpret Open Letter and Eliminate Low Efficiency and Internal Friction
The session focused on the open letter Fight Against Low Efficiency and Embark on a New Journey issued by Vice Chairman Xu Ran, declaring resolute opposition to inefficient practices and internal friction. Liu elaborated on the letter in combination with corporate spirit and work style stipulated in the value codes.
All staff are required to take firm action against low efficiency and foster a culture of dedication. The conservative mindset of moderate annual progress shall be abandoned, and staff shall embrace the crisis awareness that stagnation and slow progress equal regression. In accordance with four key improvement directions, all departments shall explore efficient development paths, propose innovative optimization measures, face up to existing problems and deliver high-efficiency management, R&D and production to drive high-quality corporate growth.
Analyze Practical Cases to Strengthen IP Protection Awareness
The final part centered on intellectual property and business confidential protection. Based on commercial conduct prohibitions in corporate codes and authentic group cases, the trainer illustrated the significance of IP protection and relevant professional knowledge. Staff gained strategic recognition of this work and pledged to implement relevant regulations so as to safeguard corporate innovation and development.
Subsequently, on behalf of the management team, Feng Jun signed Intellectual Property Protection Responsibility Letters with representatives of all departments and workshops. The signing clarifies respective obligations and objectives, manifesting the company’s great emphasis on IP protection.
The training deepened managers’ comprehension of corporate values, strengthened their determination to pursue excellence and enhanced their sense of responsibility for intellectual property protection. It is expected that all personnel will engage in work with greater enthusiasm and rigorous attitude, contribute wisdom and efforts, and fuel vigorous and sustainable development of Zhongtan New Materials.
