——First Mentorship Signing Ceremony 2025 Held by Zhongtan New Materials
To further build talent teams, accelerate staff growth and carry forward the fine tradition of mentoring, the company held the first mentorship signing ceremony of 2025 on April 3. A total of 41 pairs of mentors and apprentices signed training agreements, embarking on a mutually beneficial growth journey.
With varied expertise and professional strengths, the 41 pairs cover multiple core posts and business sectors, reflecting the company’s demand for skilled professionals. Mentors will teach targeted knowledge and practical skills in a progressive and focused manner based on actual job requirements.
In accordance with the group’s mentorship management regulations, detailed training objectives and assessment mechanisms have been formulated to ensure tangible results. Mentors will design personalized training plans with clear curriculum and schedules. Regular evaluations will be conducted to summarize experience and optimize teaching approaches, helping apprentices acquire solid professional knowledge and practical capabilities.
Liu Yongbo, Board Chairman, stated that the mentorship program serves as a key initiative of the corporate talent strategy. Management staff shall set an example, pass on experience and expertise through face-to-face and hands-on guidance. Young employees are expected to master new theories, solid skills and professional know-how, growing into competent backbones to underpin the company’s long-term development.
Mentors shall share experience wholeheartedly to help apprentices build professional proficiency. Apprentices shall respect tutors, study diligently and polish capabilities through practice. The company will conduct full-process supervision and performance assessment.
